Leonard Feldman

Leonard Feldman from Rutgers University, Piscataway, NJ and the Stevenson Professor at Vanderbilt University[1][2] was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2016 "for contributions to semiconductor-dielectric interfaces for MOS technologies".[3]
