He made his world championship debut at the 2007 Edmonton World Championships with a team skippered by Johnny Frederiksen. The team placed eleventh of twelve teams with a 4–7 record. He returned for the 2008 World Championships held in Grand Forks, USA. Team Denmark achieved another 4–7 record but this time placed ninth.
