Mountain velvetbreast
The mountain velvetbreast (Lafresnaya lafresnayi) is a species of hummingbird in the family Trochilidae. It is the only member of its genus. It is found in Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forest and heavily degraded former forest.
