Labeo dussumieri
Labeo dussumieri is fish in genus Labeo from southern Kerala. Earlier Sri Lankan population was considered as the same species as L. dussumieri, recent phylogenetic and physiological differences suggest that Sri Lankan population is a distinct species, Labeo heladiva..[2]
