La Ganesan
La. Ganesan (born 16 February 1945) is an Indian politician and senior leader of Bharatiya Janata Party. He is at present the party's National Council Member[2] and has earlier served the party in various capacities.

Before being appointed as the General Secretary of TN BJP unit, he was a Pracharak in RSS.[3] He then served as the National Secretary and then as the Vice President of BJP at the national level.[4] Later he was selected as the President of BJP's Tamil Nadu state unit.
He is a former Member of Parliament in RajyaSabha.He replaced the former union minister Najma heptulla as an Member of parliament in Rajya sabha from Madhya pradesh
Kirubanidhi had gone to Indore, Madhya Pradesh, in 2003 to participate in the BJP national council meeting. Party’s senior leader Ila Ganesan was also in attendance. After the meeting, Kirubanidhi wanted to return to Taj Residency, where he had checked in. He was waiting at the venue for his car.
At this point, Ila Ganesan started abusing Kirubanidhi verbally. He insulted Kirubanidhi by calling his caste name. Even though Kribunidhi tried to pacify him, an agitated Ila Ganesan twisted the former’s arm.[5]
iLa. Ganeshan is popularly known as La. Ganesan in the English media and as iLa. Ganesan (இல. கணேசன்) among the Tamil Nadu public and party men. He is also addressed in short as LG by many. He is very fluent in both Hindi and English in addition to Tamil.He is also a great orator and known for his public meeting speeches
