History

Albatross CX is a global customer experience agency, founded in 2006 with Christophe Caïs as its CEO.[8][9] The company has since worked for over 200 luxury brands worldwide, operating in over 70 countries.[10][11][12][13]

The company's main solution is the capturing and analysis of customer experience feedback across the customers and front line teams of the luxury brands. This is achieved through their own developed metric "Albatross Customer Experience" (ACE) index.[14] This index enables luxury brands understand their customers and how they mark up against their competitors.[15][16][17][18]

Albatross CX has 17 offices worldwide. The company is also a member of the Customer Experience Group;[19] an alliance of mainstream agencies that have developed a platform to elevate customer experience.[20][21][22][23][24]
