Kirkhill, Highland
Kirkhill (Scottish Gaelic: Cnoc Mhoire) is a village in north Inverness-shire,[1] located 2 miles east of Beauly, close to the south opening of the Beauly Firth, and 10 miles west of Inverness, in the Scottish Highlands and is in the Scottish council area of Highland.[2] It is home to the Wardlaw cemetery, including the Lovat Mausoleum, dating back to the early 17th century.
