Kim Tok-hun
Kim Tok-hun (김덕훈, born 1962[1]) is a Vice Premier of North Korea. He is also a full member on the Politburo of the Workers' Party of Korea.[2] He was formerly the delegate for DPRK-South Korea cooperation before being appointed as a Vice Premier by the Supreme People's Assembly.[3][4]
