Kemar Mowatt

Kemar Mowatt (born 12 March 1995) is a professional Jamaican hurdler. 2019 Jamaican 400m hurdles National Champion As of 2018 he is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.

2X SEC champion, double time NCAA finalist, 2X Medalist at his national championship in Jamaica (2017,2018) Without any previous merits on the international level, he finished fourth at the 2017 World Championships.[1]

His personal best time is 48.49 seconds, achieved in June 2017 in Eugene, Oregon.[1][2]
