Katherine 'Kate' L.F. Grose (born 7 February 1959) is a female retired British rower.

Rowing career
Grose competed at the 1988 Summer Olympics and the 1992 Summer Olympics.[1] She represented England and won a silver medal in the eight, at the 1986 Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh, Scotland.[2][3]
