Karen M. McManus

Karen M. McManus is an American author of young adult fiction.[1] She is most known for her first novel, One of Us Is Lying, which spent 93 weeks[2] on the New York Times bestseller list. It received a starred review from Publishers Weekly.[3] One of Us Is Lying was optioned as a pilot by NBC.[4][5][6] Its sequel, One of Us Is Next, received a starred review from Publishers Weekly.[3] Kirkus Reviews gave Two Can Keep a Secret a starred review and named it one of the best books of 2019.[7]

McManus attended College of the Holy Cross and Northeastern University, and lives in Cambridge, Massachusetts.[1]
