Kanifing District

Kanifing is a town in the Kanifing Local Government Area of the Gambia. It is located near Serekunda, the largest urban area in the country.

Kanifing is by far the larger of the two districts of Banjul Division.

The head office of Gambia Bird, an airline, was located at the Gambia Bird House in Kanifing.[1]
