Juwai IQI is a privately held real estate sales and media company created by the merger of IQI and Juwai.com.[1][2][3] Under its IQI brand, the company sells real estate in 15 countries.[4] Under its Juwai.com brand, it markets international real estate from more than 90 countries to Chinese buyers.

Juwai.com and IQI announced their merger in July 2019. Juwai.com was founded in 2011 in Hong Kong SAR.[5] IQI was founded in 2011 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Executive Chair Georg Chmiel, who is also Chair of iCarAsia (ASX:ICQ),[7] Director of Centrepoint Alliance (ASX:CAF),[8] and former CEO/MD of iProperty Group, former CEO/MD of LJ Hooker, and former CFO of the REA Group (ASX:REA).
  • Executive Director Kashif Ansari, who is also Co-founder of IQI.
