Jules Blankfein

Jules Blankfein (died 2 June 1989) was a physician and financier; founder of Physicians Hospital in Jackson Heights, Queens (New York City). He was a 1921 graduate of Yale University, and received a medical degree from New York Medical College and Flower-Fifth Avenue Hospital in 1928. He founded Physicians Hospital (NYC) in 1935, and served as its president and as a director. He also served as a trustee of New York Medical College.[1]
