Joy Philbin

Bette Joy Philbin (née Senese; born February 1, 1941) is an American television personality, and the wife of television personality Regis Philbin.[1]

Career

Philbin hosted HGTV's At Home With... and the syndicated home show, Haven. She occasionally co-hosted with her husband on his show, Live with Regis and Kathie Lee (19882000), and she also occasionally co-hosted with him on Live with Regis and Kelly in Kelly Ripa's absence, until he retired. She also guest-starred with her husband on Ripa's situation-comedy television series Hope & Faith (20032006).

Joy and Regis Philbin have been married since March 1, 1970, the couple have two daughters: Joanna and Jennifer (J.J.).[2]

In August 2007, Regis and Joy Philbin announced that their daughter J.J. and her husband, television producer Michael Schur, were expecting their first child in 2008, and William Xavier Schur was born on February 18. He is nicknamed "Mr. Trouble" by Regis, and is often referred to as such on Live. On July 14, 2010, J.J. Philbin gave birth to a daughter, Ivy Elizabeth Schur, in California.

Joy Philbin was born on February 1, 1941 in New York City, New York as Bette Joy Senese. She is an actress, known for Malibu Express (1985), Night and the City (1992), and Miss Congeniality 2: Armed & Fabulous (2005).

The couple splits their time between their apartment in New York City and condo in Beverly Hills, California.
