Joseph Barr Kiddoo
Joseph Barr Kiddoo (March 31, 1837 – August 19, 1880) was a Union Army general in the American Civil War[1] and assistant commissioner of the Freedmen's Bureau in Texas in 1866 and 1867.[2][3]
