Josef Anton Gmeiner

Josef Anton Gmeiner (1862-1926) was an Austrian mathematician working in number theory and mathematical analysis.[1] He earned his doctorate at the University of Innsbruck in 1895, under the joint supervision of Leopold Gegenbauer and Otto Stolz.[2]
