José Peña (pitcher)

José "Peluche" Peña Gutiérrez (born December 3, 1942 in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico) is a former pitcher in Major League Baseball. He pitched from 1969 to 1972 for the Cincinnati Reds and Los Angeles Dodgers. After leaving the major leagues, he pitched in Mexico through 1984 and then became a manager in the Mexican league. In the early 70’s he was married to professional poker player Barbara Enright.
