Johnny Luk
Johnny Luk MRSA (born 1990) was Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of College and University Entrepreneurs for two years having been appointed at the age of 23.[1][2][3] He is a Governor of the University for the Creative Arts and was a Conservative party candidate for the Constituency of Hampstead and Kilburn in the 2019 General Election.[4][5][6][7][8].

Luk was Head of Policy and Strategy for Adecco UK, a Senior Policy Adviser in the Brexit Department and worked in the Business, Trade and Digital Departments of the British Government.[9] Luk has also served as a judge for Microsoft Ventures and the London Mayor's low carbon scheme.[10]
Life
Johnny Luk was born in Hong Kong in 1990.[4] He was educated in England at Heronsgate Middle School and then Bedford Modern School, where he was Captain of Boats, and graduated from the University of Durham in Natural Sciences.[11][12] An accomplished oarsman, Luk was a 2016 Welsh Indoor Rowing Silver Medallist and a 2009 National Schools Gold Medallist.[9][5]
Luk was Head of Policy and Strategy for Adecco UK, a Senior Policy Adviser in the Brexit Department and worked in the Business, Trade and Digital Departments.[9] He served as Chief Executive Officer of the National Association of College and University Entrepreneurs for two years having been appointed at the age of 23.[1] Luk has also served as a judge for Microsoft Ventures and the London Mayor's (at the time Boris Johnson) Low Carbon Entrepreneurship Scheme.[10]
Luk was a Conservative party candidate for the Constituency of Hampstead and Kilburn in the 2019 General Election, where he finished second.[4] He is a Governor of the University for the Creative Arts.[6][7]
