John Powell (artist)

John Powell (born ca. 1780 - died 1833) was an artist and teacher. His work was included in Cadell and Davies' Britannia depicta.[1] He is known for his watercolor paintings.[2] He exhibited at the Royal Academy from 1797 to 1829.[3]
