John Jackson (footballer, born 1906)
John Jackson (29 November 1906 – 12 June 1965) was a Scottish professional footballer who made over 260 appearances in the Scottish League for Partick Thistle as a goalkeeper.[3] He was capped by Scotland at international level and represented the Scottish League XI.[3][4][5]

Personal life
After retiring from football, Jackson emigrated to Nova Scotia, Canada and became a professional golfer.[2]
