Joaquim Carvalho (field hockey)

J.M. (Joaquim) Carvalho (born 16 August 1959) is an Indian former field hockey player and national coach. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1984 Summer Olympics.[1]

Carvalho, an Arjuna Award winner, quit his position as coach of India when the team failed to qualify for 2008 Olympics, for the first time since 1928.[2]
