Jesudasu Seelam
Jesudasu Seelam, a politician from Indian National Congress party, who was the Member of the Parliament of India representing Andhra Pradesh in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Parliament from 2004 till 2016. He was Minister of State (Revenue) under the Ministry of Finance from 17 June 2013. Prior to entering politics he served as an Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer from 1984-99 of Karnataka cadre.

Participated in the World AIDS Congress in Bangkok in 2004, International Congress on AIDS in Asia-Pacific (ICAAP), Japan in 2005, World AIDS Congress in Toronto in 2006, Vienna in 2010, ICAAP, Colombo in 2007, SAARC regional seminars in Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar and Dhaka during 2005-07. Participated in the Euro Asia Leadership Workshop on AIDS in Moscow in October 2007, First Global parliamentarians Meeting on HIV/AIDS in Manila in Nov 2007.
