James Carr (bowls)

James Edward Charles Carr (1893-1980), was a Scottish born English bowls player who competed at the Commonwealth Games.

Bowls career

He participated in the 1954 British Empire and Commonwealth Games at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada in the fours/rinks event finishing 8th.[1]

Personal life

He was the proprietor of the Red Lion Hotel in Southall, Middlesex by trade.[2]
