Jai Bajarangbali is a 1997 Telugu, comedy film, produced by Sana Yadi Reddy on SAANA & Sri Aadinarayana Art Creations banner and directed by T. Prabhakar. Starring Rajendra Prasad, Indraja in the lead roles and music composed by Koti.[2] The film recorded as Hit at the box office.[3]

Plot

The film begins on Madhu (Rajendra Prasad) a mechanic who has been coupled up with his cousin Ramya (Indraja) in childhood. During that time, Madhu's father (Kishore Rathi) is a millionaire but suddenly bankrupt and dies. Thereupon, Madhu's avaricious maternal uncle Varahala Rao (Kota Srinivasa Rao) annuls the alliance. Nevertheless, Madhu determines to win Ramya's love, so, he concocts before her by falsifying himself a millionaire. After some time, the truth comes forward, yet, Ramya understands his virtue. Being cognizant of it, Varahala Rao orders his other nephew Babji (Srihari) to eliminate Madhu. In that chase, Madhu lands at a mysterious world created by an ancient scientist Jayachandra Swamy (A.V.S) one that performing a stressful attempt to establish humans as immortal. Here, accidentally, Madhu falls into a chemical and turns into an Iron Man for which the antidote is not found. So, Jayachandra asks Madhu to wait till the new moon day. At present, Madhu carries out several miracles and teases Varahala Rao. After a few comic incidents, Varahala Rao & Babji learn regarding Jayachandra when they forcibly turn Madhu into an Ape Man by affrighting him to destroy his lifetime achievement. Right now, everyone mistakes him as an animal and place him in the Zoo. But he is successful in absconding and reaches Jayachandra and becomes normal with the blessing of Lord Hanuman,. Simultaneously, Varahala Rao makes marriage arrangements of Babji & Ramya. At last, Madhu ceases them and makes Varahala Rao realize his mistake. Finally, the movie ends on a happy note with the marriage of Madhu & Ramya.
