Jack Wallace (born June 24, 1998 in Ridgewood, New Jersey)[1] is an American ice sled hockey player. He was a member of the gold medal winning US team in Para ice hockey at the 2018 Winter Paralympics. He was honored in his hometown after returning from the Paralympics. His disability is an amputation due to a water skiing accident in youth.[2]

A resident of Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, Wallace graduated from Indian Hills High School in 2016.[3]
