About the university
The Islamic Azad University, Mahshahr Branch is one of the largest engineering schools in the South of Islamic Republic of Iran. It was stablished in 1989. At that time, there were 10 part-time faculty members and 120 students who were selected by national IAU examination. The Islamic Azad University, Mahshahr Branch now has a total of 143 Full-time faculty members, approximately 200 part-time faculty members and student body about 6821 and undergraduate about 17921 (2015).
