Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council

Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) (French: Conseil de Réglementation des Consultants en Immigration du Canada (CRCIC)) is the country-wide regulatory authority which was created by the Canadian Government to protect the consumers who obtain the services of Canadian immigration consultants.

According to the Canadian Federal law, immigration consultants who provide their assistance for Canadian immigration services for a fee need to be registered with the ICCRC and must be accredited as a RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant). This is necessary for any Canadian visa consultant, even those who are based outside of Canada.
