Hussein Sadeq
Hussein Sadeq Obaid (Arabic: حسين صادق عبيد; born 2 October 2003), known as Hussein Sadeq, is an Iraqi professional footballer who plays as a forward for the Iraqi Under-17 national team and Al-Shorta in the Iraqi Premier League.

Sadeq has represented Iraq at U-16 level.
Club Career
Al-Shorta
Hussein joined Al-Shorta’s academy at a young age, going up the youth ranks before being promoted to the first team in 2020, training with the first-team squad for the first time ahead of the 2019-20 Iraqi Premier League restart.
International Career
Iraq U-16
Sadeq was first called up to Iraq’s U-16 squad during the 2018 U-16 Asian Cup qualifiers, helping Iraq qualify for the tournament and was then selected in Iraq’s squad for the 2018 AFC U-16 Championship, wearing number 14 during the tournament.
He started all three of Iraq’s matches, scoring two minutes into the opening match against Afghanistan[2] as Iraq were eliminated after the group stage, picking up just three points and finishing third behind South Korea and Australia.
