Hunslet and Riverside (ward)

Hunslet and Riverside is an electoral ward of Leeds City Council in Leeds, West Yorkshire, largely covering the inner city area of Hunslet to the south of the city centre. It was created in advance of the 2018 council election. The previous ward most closely corresponding to Hunslet and Riverside was called City and Hunslet, and contained a larger area of Leeds city centre.

Notes
  1. Nash had previously been a Kirkstall ward councillor from 1972 to 1988. She later won the 1989 City and Holbeck ward by-election and held the seat until 2004. Nash then represented City and Hunslet ward until the 2018 election.
  2. Iqbal had been a councillor for City and Holbeck ward from 1999 and then City and Hunslet ward from 2004.
