Hugo Alves Velame (born July 23, 1974 in Duque de Caxias, Rio de Janeiro) is a retired Brazilian footballer. He has formerly played for clubs like Flamengo, Fluminense, FC Groningen, AEP Paphos,[1] BV Veendam[2][3] and Almirante Brown.
