Hongqi HS5
The Hongqi HS5 is a compact luxury crossover SUVs produced by the Chinese luxury car manufacturer Hongqi from 2019.[1]

Overview
The Hongqi HS5 was originally previewed as the “U-Concept” concept car that was unveiled during the 2017 Shanghai Auto Show.
The production version of the Hongqi HS5 was positioned as a luxury B-class SUV in the Chinese market. It was launched with a pre-sale price range of 200,000yuan to 270,000 yuan (US$29,700 – US$40,096) during the 2019 Shanghai Auto Show.
Mechanically, the Hongqi HS5 was based on the same platform as the original first-generation Audi Q5 (Typ 8R) model which was based on the Audi MLB platform. The Hongqi HS5 is powered by a 2.0 liter turbocharged engine with a maximum power output of 165kW (221HP) ,mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The Hongqi HS5 will also meet the China-IV (CN-6B) emission standard.[2]
