Herpetological Monographs

Herpetological Monographs is a peer-reviewed scientific journal covering the zoology of amphibians and reptiles. It is published annually by the Herpetologists' League and was established in 1982. The League also publishes a quarterly peer-reviewed journal, Herpetologica.[1] Since 2008, the editor-in-chief has been Tod Reeder (University of California, San Diego). The previous editor was Lee Fitzgerald (Texas A&M University).[2] According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2011 impact factor of 2.818, ranking it 13th out of 146 journals in the category "Zoology".[3]
