Hempsters: Plant the Seed
Hempsters: Plant the Seed is a 2010 Michael Henning documentary (released on DVD in 2010[2]) concerning cannabis legalization. It includes footage of the 1996 arrest of Woody Harrelson for planting four hemp seeds in an act civil disobedience in Kentucky, and the ensuing legal proceedings. Also covered is eradication of cannabis at the Lakota Sioux reservation.[3][4] The film was shown at the Bend Film Festival in 2010.[1]

After making the documentary, the filmmaker drove across America in a sports car with body panels derived from hemp.[5]
