Hellinsia nodipes

Hellinsia nodipes is a moth of the family Pterophoridae. It is found in Mexico, Colombia, Venezuela,[1] Costa Rica and Ecuador.

The wingspan is 27‑31 mm. The forewings are brown‑ochreous and the markings are brown, consisting of a group of scales at the center and distal in the discus, an oblique spot well before the base of the cleft, a longitudinal line in the first lobe reaching from an oblique dash before the cleft and a costal spot above the base of the cleft. The hindwings and fringes are brown‑grey. Adults are on wing in January, March and from May to July.[2]
