Early life

Harsh Bhaskar was born in Jatav community at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.[1] He did B.Tech from IIT-Roorkee and joined Radha Swami Educational Group.

In 1999, he joined HCL in Noida as a software techie. He started his own software firm in Delhi with seven collegues but it got failed. Finally, he got franchise of Kota-based Career Point and he opened it's branch at Agra.[2]

Business

In 2002, he opened his own institute, Kota Tutorials and started with less than 100 students.[3]

He is Managing Director of Kota Tutorials which have it's branch in more than 10 cities of India and known for it's way of education. His institutions have a base of over 30,000 students and also established Nirmala Group of Institutions at Farah in Mathura, U.P.[4]

He is projecting for turning his group of colleges into a full-fledged private university making it first Dalit to do so.

His business have a turnover of more than 10 crore and it's among top emerging businesses among Dalits.[5]
