Harendra Singh Malik is an Ex-Member of the Parliament of India representing Haryana in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament.

He hails from Muzzafarnagar. He is a well known Jat leader in Western UP. He was first elected as an MLA from Baghra seat and then remained an MLA for next 10 years for the same place. Mr. Harender Malik has been an active farmer's leader and represented their interests at various levels.

His son Pankaj Malik had also been elected as MLA on the same seat from where Mr. Malik had started his career. Currently Pankaj Malik is serving as MLA from the key Shamli constituency and represents the Indian National Congress party.
