Hafiz Ahmed
Hafiz Ahmed (Assamese: হাফিজ আহমেদ) is an Indian teacher, poet and social activist of Miya origin.[2][3] In 2016, he pioneered an Assamese poetic genre known as Miya poetry.[2][4][5] He is the chairman of the Char Chapori Literary Council and a graduate of the Gauhati University in Assam.[5]
