Greg Schultz

Greg Schultz (born 1981)[1] is an American political advisor who serves as the campaign manager for the Joe Biden 2020 presidential campaign.[2][3]

Not to be confused with Greg Schultz (producer) the American television producer.

Early life

Schultz grew up in North Royalton, Ohio, a suburb of Cleveland, and graduated from North Royalton High School.[1][4]

Education

Schultz earned a B.A. in history and political science from Ohio State University. He then earned a Master of Education, also from Ohio State University.[4]

Career

Before entering politics, Schultz was the executive director of Business Forward, a group that organized meetings between corporations and government officials.[4]

Schultz worked on the Hillary Clinton 2008 presidential campaign from February to March 2008.[4] Shultz served as Ohio director for the Barack Obama 2012 presidential campaign.[5][6] He served as Biden's senior political advisor during the second term of the Obama administration, and later became Joe Biden's senior advisor in 2013, also serving as Special Assistant to President Obama from 2013 to 2017.[4]

In 2019, he became Biden's 2020 presidential campaign manager.[7]
