George L. Hersey

George L. Hersey (August 30, 1927 October 23, 2007) was an American art historian at Yale University.[1] He was an expert on Italian Renaissance art and architecture, and art and architecture of the 19th century in the United States. His work posed questions about the connection of biology and sexuality to art and architecture.[2]
