George Kinard

George Truitt Kinard (October 9, 1916 - March 23, 2000) was an American football player. He played college football for the Ole Miss Rebels football team and was selected by the Central Press Association as a fourth-team guard on the 1940 College Football All-America Team.[1] He was drafted by the Brooklyn Dodgers with the 118th pick in the 1941 NFL Draft and played for the Dodgers during the 1941 and 1942 NFL seasons. After the war, he returned to the NFL with the New York Yankees for the 1946 NFL season.[2]
