Gary McCloy

Gary McCloy (born 28 May 1969) is an Irish international lawn and indoor bowler.[1]

Bowls career

He won a bronze medal in the fours at the 2000 World Outdoor Bowls Championship in Johannesburg.

He was also part of the fours team that secured the gold medal for Northern Ireland at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the other members were Ian McClure, Martin McHugh and Neil Booth.[2]

He also won the 1994 and 2019 Irish National Bowls Championships singles title.[3][4][5]

Personal life

He is married to fellow Irish international bowler Donna McNally and they run the Ballybrakes bowls shop within the Ballybrakes Community Bowls Club.[6]
