GKS Jastrzębie-Zdrój (Polish pronunciation: [jasˈtʂɛmbʲɛ ˈzdruj]) is a football club based in Jastrzębie-Zdrój, Poland. Currently they play in I liga. In the 1988/89 season they played in top-flight.
