G.A.Inter School Hajipur
G.A.Inter School is one of the oldest school of Hajipur, Vaishali. This school is located on S.D.O. Road Hajipur, Vaishali district, Bihar. It is close to old Gandak bridge, established on bank of Gandak river, sometimes also called Narayani. History
GA High school was founded in 1891 with other schools like R.M.R Seminary, Patna. Mainly to teach British government officials children at that time. The school has a very special place in the Indian History. Student from the school took active part in the Indian Independence movement. The school has been imparting quality education since its inception. In last decades school has been gone in to various problems due to lack of proper faculty and administration.
Late. Shri Baswan Singh a notable freedom fighter of Gandhian ideology was alumni of this school on his name there is Indoor stadium Built in The Hajipur City by District Administration.
Infrastructure
School is running in its own big campus situated at the bank of Narayani River(Gandak Nadi) having more than 70 big rooms in 65,000 sq.ft. Covered area in the form of two story and three Story, Building. It has sufficient number of Class-Rooms, Labs-Room, Demonstration-Room, Language lab, Community Display Room, Auditorium, Audio Visual Aid facilities, Examination Hall, Common Room, Record Room, Recreation Rooms and Visitors Rooms. Addition to this school has separate ITI labs for various vocational courses run by Govt of Bihar. .
