Femke Merel van Kooten

Femke Merel van Kooten-Arissen is a Dutch politician, currently serving as an independent Member of Parliament. She previously represented the Party for the Animals. Although she became a member of 50Plus in December 2019, she will continue to caucus independently until the end of the current parliamentary term.[1] She left 50Plus in May 2020 together with its leader Henk Krol, forming the Group Krol-van Kooten-Arissen, which will participate in the 2021 Dutch general election as the Party for the Future.
