Fakty i Kommentarii (Russian: Факты и комментарии, translated as Facts and Commentaries), founded in 1997, is Ukraine's biggest selling Russian language tabloid newspaper, with a circulation of more than 1.1 million.

Based in Kiev, the paper offers news, events and interviews, but no analysis. The newspaper was controlled by Viktor Pinchuk, an influential oligarch and the son-in-law of country's ex-president Leonid Kuchma until 2016. Oleksandr Shvets is the owner of Fakty i Kommentarii since 2016 till now.
