Elliot F. Kaye

Elliot F. Kaye is a commissioner on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.[1] He previously served as the CPSC’s chairman.[2]

Prior Work

Before taking office as chairman, Kaye served as the CPSC's executive director, and, previously, as a staffer for then-chairman Inez Tenenbaum. His prior work included working as an attorney at Hogan & Hartson (a predecessor to Hogan Lovells), and as a staffer in several congressional offices, including John F. Tierney's.[3]
