Elite Banana

Elite Banana is a Japanese banana icon with anthropomorphic facial features published by the Banpresto gaming company.[1][2] Ranging from a wide variety of facial expressions and personality traits, the Elite Banana toy franchise has become a recently accepted fashion accessory among Japanese popular culture. Elite Bananas are not characters in a television show or even a comic book series. They are toy icons that may reflect human emotions. For example, one Elite Banana wears a tie, holds a cellphone, and sweats nervously as if it is under stress. Another is rosy-cheeked and wears a tuxedo as if it is having a good time.

Elite Bananas can come as plush toys, key chains, battery-powered massagers, and images on notebooks.[3]
