Ecobuild

Ecobuild is a construction exhibition in the United Kingdom for the construction and energy market. First launched in 2005 as a niche event for those interested in green buildings, it has grown to become one of the biggest events in the world for sustainable design, construction, and the built environment.[1] Ecobuild focuses on the following six market priorities: wellness, energy efficiency, infrastructure, technology, housing, and offsite construction. Building products made for productivity, welfare, and for the efficient use of energy are displayed at Ecobuild.[2] Ecobuild focuses on construction for residential as well as commercial facilities.[3] Ecobuild is a patron of environmental protection.[4]

Futurebuild

Ecobuild was renamed to Futurebuild in 2019 as part of a rebranding process after being acquired by Futurebuild Events Ltd from UBM in 2017.[5] UBM had decided to sell its Ecobuild show following a portfolio review of its assets and partnerships.
