The baseball team has won numerous region championships with MLB drafted pitcher Zack Wheeler and made two Elite 8 appearances. The team has also played in the 2009 Final 4.

The girls' and boys' basketball teams both have had tremendous success; both teams have won region championships and made numerous state-playoff appearances.

The EPHS Lady Raider Soccer team is a dominant force in the district. Many county records are held by the team and individuals.
